Artist Inspiration Days​

Join us for either or both of our artist inspiration days this April, spending time with like-minded creatives engaging in the wonderful landscape of Penwith, considering local nature, and ancient sites with an exploration of local land and skyscapes through analogue film and pinhole photography.

Spring In The Woods:
Analogue Immersion

Group Artist Residency (21 - 24 May 2023). This residency offers a unique opportunity to immerse ourselves in the wonderful Ashcombe Woods, considering ways in which to deepen our experience of presence through analogue film and photography processes. Our art-science focus supports a holistic approach to analogue image making; for example, how do the ways in which plants grow/support themselves affect our ability to develop film with them?

Dark Skies, Wild Seas, Ancient Places:
Cot Valley Nov 2023

A fantastic opportunity to spend time with like-minded people in the awe-inspiring location of Cot Valley, Cornwall, nestled within the UK's most Westerly peninsular. This fascinating arts-science-heritage opportunity is curated to inspire art practitioners, researchers and thinkers alike.
