Jo Mayes set up and programmed Penwith Cafe Scientifique (hosted first at St Ives Arts Club, then in Penzance Arts Club) 2008-10, as part of the Cafe Scientifique network.

Jo is currently working with Goonhilly Earth Station Ltd to support their community involvement programme and to consider ways in which to develop their Art/Science offer during the development of their visitor centre.
