Leading Lights: How to Run a Successful Artist Led Organisation

Are you an artist wanting to learn more about setting up successful art business models? Join Mayes Creative and Lumen for a jampacked day of talks, workshops, networking (plus an optional morning walk).

Lumen will share their story, highlights and insights into developing a successful artist-led collective in London and the power of strong social media engagement. Joanna Mayes (Mayes Creative) will share her experience of setting up and running an artist-led organisation based in Cornwall, talking about partnership and interdisciplinary working.
Leading Lights coincides with the Lizard Point Artist Residency – a project delivered by a partnership of Lumen and Mayes Creative. There will be plenty of time for participants to network with visiting artists and talk about their work and experiences.
