Mary Lockyer: Starlight

Researching and sharing the fascinating story of Mary Lockyer, Edwardian astronomer and photographer.
We have completed:

A Mary Lockyer Songwriting Workshop with Sidmouth Scouts, led by the Turning Tides Project
An archaeoastronomy walk with the Cornwall Archaeology Society
Heritage research into Mary Lockyer's photography, writings and legacy
Heritage learning for project artists and community participants

We are currently planning/have started:

A monograph on Mary Lockyer and archaeoastronomy
A quilt of Mary's life and achievements with Sidmouth Quilters
Dartmoor Stones artists' residency
Isles of Scilly artists' residency
Drawing the Stones workshops
Starry Campout at Stithians Lake
An Ask Me About Mary artist project in film and photography
